I sat up my two cm3-microphones at my porch for recording nature-sounds during 3 hours. Then i went into the house for doing other things. When i was finished i listen thru the recording, than i realised there was a couple gunshot at the recording. I'll publishing the best shot. Some generative wildfire sfx made with sunvox. The crackling sounds were made by taking some highpassed white noise, ring modulating it with some more white noise, and then using a noise gate to usilate the loudest 'crackles'. The rumbling was created using lowpassed white noise, and the wind was made by bandpassing white noise with a high resonance and randomly sliding the filter frequency. Everything was sent into a reverb and a stereo expander.

I placed a couple of sticks on the edges of a nut crackers mouth and applied pressure. This was recorded at the open window institute sound booth in centurion, south africa.

I gathered some twiggs from my home, and at the booth, i put them all in my hand and applied easy preasure. The twiggs broke slowely, making a lot of crunch sounds. Sounds like someone stepping in the woods.

I left my phone inside a wooden cupboard and tried to call it back outside by knocking on a glass door. Did it listen? it’s a secret. Recorded with redmi note 5 phone, denoised and filtered bogus sub bass in audacity.

I recorded this at night in blanchard spring campground in arkansas, usa. Mostly night insects. In the distance there is a heavy metal door of the campground bathroom opening/closing.

I decided to record a short clip of myself walking on a hard wood floor while wearing tennis shoes. My footsteps are a tad uneven - due to a medical condition and resulting surgeries, one of my legs is slightly longer than the other.
